Partnered Services Program
The Partnered Services Program (PSP) has three goals:
- Create and manage a national network of independent affiliates that
are experts in the area of servicing telecommunications equipment
- Offer on-site equipment service and maintenance to telecommunication
equipment manufacturers on a pay per service call basis
- Improve the level of service that customers are receiving
At a time when data network complexity is at an all time high programs
offering on-site maintenance (at a reasonable price) is at an all time low. Much
of the decline in service levels can be directly attributed to the significant
downsizing that has occurred in the Telecommunications Industry in recent years.

ONLY companies, providing equipment service on a time and material basis
- The Program:
telecommunication equipment manufacturers contract with
PSP to provide on-site service to their customers on a time and material
basis
- The Plan:
we maintain a 24x7 operations center for troubleshooting
and service dispatching, providing a single point of contact for billing and
communication.
